Penned in 1928 by Harry Ruby, Burt Kalmar and Herbert Stothart, the song I Wanna Be Loved By You was first introduced in the stage musical Good Boy by Helen Kane and Dan Healy. It shot to fame, however, when it was sensuously sung by Marilyn Monroe in Billy Wilder's 1959 hit comedy, Some Like it Hot.
