Frank Bridge

Although overshadowed somewhat by the genius of his pupil Benjamin Britten, Frank Bridge is increasingly finding prominence as a composer in his own right. As well as a composer, he was a respected conductor and violinist, and a proponent of the new music of composers such as Arnold Schoenberg .
